The address is: 55 North Street, Portslade, BN41 1DH. We are just a 10 minute walk from Portslade train station. There are also regular buses that service the area. Please note that there is no parking available on site. WALKING

4WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS TO THE CLUB?
You can purchase tickets online from our listings. Tickets may also be available on the door - please see the individual event listing for details. There is no re-entry to the club.
5DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
No, we’d prefer it if you didn’t (for the sake of the polar bears). If you have to then please feel free to, but we would like you to consider the environment first.
6I CAN'T NOW ATTEND AN EVENT - CAN I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately not - all ticket sales are non-refundable
7WILL I BE ASKED FOR ID?
Customers may be asked to provide ID before entry into. Please be prepared to prove your age at any time with valid identification.
8WHAT FORM OF ID CAN I USE?
We will only accept a UK photo card driving licence, passport, or PASS identification card bearing the PASS hologram. In conjunction with local authority guidance, we operate an ID seizure policy whereby any false ID will be confiscated and handed over to the police. 9WILL I BE REFUSED ENTRY?
The club's management reserves the right to refuse admission. If you’re old enough, look the part and act the right way then you’ll be welcomed to the club. We encourage people to drink responsibly, so we reserve the right to refuse admission or service to customers who are, or appear to be, intoxicated.
10WILL I GET A REFUND ON PREPAID TICKETS IF I HAVE BEEN REFUSED ENTRY?
Prepaid tickets & packages are sold on a non-refundable basis.
11WILL I BE SEARCHED?
We may operate a random search policy of customers, in the interest of customer safety. This search policy may be implemented depending on the type of event taking place, risk assessment or on advice of the police. We operate a zero tolerance policy on drugs and anyone suspected of taking or dealing in drugs will be searched and ejected from the venue. In instances where drugs are found customers will be detained and the matter will be reported to the police.
12I'VE LEFT AN ITEM IN THE CLUB, WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
If an item is found in the club or left in the cloakroom and not collected we’ll endeavour to store the item for a maximum of 30 days. If you’ve lost an item please send us a message via [email protected].
13HOW DO I BOOK VIP?

14DO YOU OFFER STUDENT DISCOUNT?
If discounted student tickets are available they will be displayed on the event page. Please ensure you bring a valid student ID. Anyone who does not display a valid student ID will have to pay the standard general admission price.
15IS THERE A CASH MACHINE?
No but the bar does take card payments.
16IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS?
Yes, but on the lower level only.
17IS THE CLUB AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE HIRE?

18CAN I TAKE PHOTOS IN THE CLUB?
Personal photos are fine but we do not allow any unauthorised filming or photography during club nights. Anyone found doing this without prior permission is at risk of having his or her property confiscated. There may be promotional and/or commercial photography, video and/or audio recording of the club, the DJs and customers. By entering the club, you consent to the filming and recording of your likeness for use by The Circle Arts Centre. Such consent includes use by The Circle Arts Centre for any and all purposes in all media.
19I'VE SENT THE CLUB A MESSAGE, WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REPLY?
